How do I know if Personal Training is for me?
We suggest that you start with a 'First Workout'. This is a complimentary session provided by the Personal Trainer to determine you fitness motivation and immediate goals. This session will also provide you with an orientation to the selectorized equipment followed by a 'dynamic workout'- a true taste of Personal Training. The dynamic workout will include an exercise for each muscle group followed by an assisted stretch leaving you feeling fatigued, rejuvenated and relaxed!!

How much Personal Training do I need?
The amount of Personal Training that you need depends upon you and your goals. Beginners and individuals seeking rapid results may want 2 to 3 sessions per week until a pattern is established; others may benefit from 1 to 2 sessions a week as a "maintenance" routine. Your trainer will gladly make a recommendation for your desired program.
